About Us
Just as most big ideas, African made the collection began with a thought in a 10 by 10 living room. Though in transparency, its true origin was in a state of mental and physical hopelessness. But as a mentor once said, the brightest of lights are seen in the darkest of spaces. African Made Co started as a mental diary that allowed an unfocused creative, such as myself, the space to unpack my current state of mind, traumas, many self actualizations, hopes, dreams, setbacks and disappointments.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Africa Made-The Collection is grounded in the understanding that our creativity is a reflection of our life experiences
( a look into our past), and in its realization (our present), our lives begin to reflect our creativity (the future).
In simpler words, When art mimics life in turn, life begins to mimic art.

As the founder and creative director of the brand, I bring my artistic vision to life through pieces that honor heritage while shaping the future of fashion.
